The Socceroos are now just one sleep away from their 2018 FIFA World Cup™ Group C opener against France at Kazan Arena.

On Friday morning (local time) in Russia, three of the Socceroos’ senior players received well-wishes for the tournament from the Prime Minister of Australia, the Honourable Malcolm Turnbull MP, via FaceTime.

Socceroos captain Mile Jedinak, as well as Tim Cahill and Mark Milligan spoke to Australia’s PM from the team’s change room at AK Bars Kazan as the build-up to the team’s clash with Les Blues continued.

Jedinak, Cahill, and Milligan were joined on the call with Turnbull by the Chairman of Football Federation Australia (FFA), Mr Steven Lowy AM, as well as FFA CEO, Mr David Gallop AM.
